Your main tasks

In this role you will be responsible for providing solutions based on robotic systems according to agreed specifications, price and timeline. You will manage a team of 30 mechanical engineers, controls engineers, team leaders, and system experts. You will act as the product owner for the Robotic Cell product and for its derivatives (Polyfeed and Tray Handlers)

  • Team organization, staffing, assessment, and evolution
  • Ensure quotes and feasibility studies
  • Manage project execution excellence from concept to final acceptance
  • Level 3 field support for products in our portfolio
  • Optimizing processes and tools to describe and support above-mentioned tasks
  • Interface with other stakeholders
  • Product ownership, definition and prioritization of development objectives and deliverables
  • School cooperation on identified R&D projects

Your profile

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical/electrical/software engineering
  • Minimum 3 years management experience within similar scope
  • Experience in automation industry
  • Proven experience to manage mechatronics projects
  • Knowhow and experience in administrative duties of management (budgeting, HR, reporting, SAP, presentations)
