The linear semi-automated assembly platform is available as a single-module and dual-module base machine. Multiple modules can be linked together for customized assembly solutions. The modules can also be combined with manual workstations. This flexible configuration allows you to optimize the layout and make a stepwise investment from a pilot line to a fully automated line.
As with all Mikron assembly platforms, the Ecoline semi-automated assembly system meets the latest certification standards right from the concept phase. The basic machine is validated according to GAMP 5 (Good Automated Manufacturing Practice) and compliant with 21 CFR Part 11. It can operate in clean room conditions up to ISO 7.
