Mikron experts will work closely with you to design an automated assembly system that meets your unique, industry-specific processes, whether for high-volume, medium-volume or lab-scale production. Mikron's standard systems are scalable and customizable to mee your current needs and adapt to future production requirements, without the need for costly and extensive future upgrades.

Supports and maintains Mikron Facility to uphold quality standards for high-performance manufacturing. Collaborates with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient facility maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify proper and timely facility maintenance.
  • Perform general maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, trash collection, cleaning, pest control, and fire suppression.
  • Establish pneumatic connections and perform minor repairs.
  • Maintain, clean, and organize warehouse common areas.
  • Keep maintenance and safety logs for machinery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with a valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading/offloading heavy equipment.
  • Maintain conference rooms and stock consumables.
  • Dispose of/recycle materials.
  • Support janitorial services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Forklift and scissor lift operation experience.
  • Welding, metal fabrication, and pneumatic systems knowledge.
  • Basic handyman skills.
