Compensation Report

The Compensation Report contains information on the compensation policy, compensation programs and processes for determining the compensation paid to the Board of Directors and Group Management of the Mikron Group. It also provides detailed information on compensation paid. The Compensation Report satisfies the transparency requirements set out in the Ordinance against Excessive Remuneration in Listed Companies Limited by Shares (ERCO).
