Position Summary
As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales in your area by implementing strategy and managing customer and distribution networks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop Mikron Tool's presence in the Irish market
- Promote and sell standard and custom tools in Ireland
- Regularly visit new and existing customers and partners
- Organize product training sessions and seminars
- Provide technical advice to customers and sales partners
- Find new customers in assigned areas
- Quote special and standard tools
- Liaise with HQ for technical questions and problem-solving
- Leverage and maintain the CRM
Your profile
- Previous experience in a technical sales role
- Goal-oriented with proven track record
- Permanent residence in Ireland
- Experience in cutting tool technology and machining processes
- Able to read technical drawings and sketch ideas
- Mechanical education with an emphasis on mechanical engineering
- Systematic and analytical thinking
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Native English speaker
- Willingness to travel
