Position Summary

As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales in your area by implementing strategy and managing customer and distribution networks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop Mikron Tool's presence in the Irish market
  • Promote and sell standard and custom tools in Ireland
  • Regularly visit new and existing customers and partners
  • Organize product training sessions and seminars
  • Provide technical advice to customers and sales partners
  • Find new customers in assigned areas
  • Quote special and standard tools
  • Liaise with HQ for technical questions and problem-solving
  • Leverage and maintain the CRM

Your profile

  • Previous experience in a technical sales role
  • Goal-oriented with proven track record
  • Permanent residence in Ireland
  • Experience in cutting tool technology and machining processes
  • Able to read technical drawings and sketch ideas
  • Mechanical education with an emphasis on mechanical engineering
  • Systematic and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
  • Native English speaker
  • Willingness to travel
